Enhanced connector execution profiles

Select ConnectorTools.enhanced with profile: "execution-v1" for the bundled Microsoft/Google/Slack/GitHub execution contract. Register actual names through agent.tools.registerConnectorTools, keep host permissions/scopes, and use exact identity filters with catalog disabled for C4. The profile adds host deadlines, physical-attempt diagnostics and evidence-aware read projections; old factory defaults stay unchanged. Generic requests check each redirect hop before forwarding credentials; same-origin redirects retain method/body semantics, while cross-origin destinations are rejected.
