Composed guarantees and inspection

Use the conformance recipe to validate custom evidence adapters with the test-only factory harness. Current memory/file profiles and real process recovery are covered. Compose existing capability, routine, remote, child and ModelTask reports; distinguish configured checks from observed verification, proxy settlement from source settlement, and known model subtotal from unknown costs. No workflow authority is restored by loading stored evidence.
